can you figure out what this is for?
UPDATE-
This is a remote power steering fluid reservoir for Chevy SS 396 chevelles and el caminos. Also used in the big block trucks untill 1972

Looks a lot like a remote PS fluid reservoir, but I couldn't tell you what on. Pressurized does make me think it could be something wacky, though.

Not sure what vehicle it belongs to but type "A" is a very old type of fluid and has not been used in quite a while.
